Gisteren kwam de Februari opdracht voor de One Little Word class online.

De opdracht is:

Word getuige en een observator van de manier 

waarop je woord werkt in de wereld.

**Yesterday the February assignment for the One Little Word class got online.

The prompt is:

Become a witness and an observer of the way 

your word works in the world.

Deze maand gaat over het zien van mijn woord door de lens van de camera. Waar betsaat het? Wat doet het? Hoe kan ik het vastleggen?

**This month is all about seeing my word through the lens of your camera. Where does it exist? What does it do? How can I capture it?

Dus ben ik vandaag gestart met de uitdaging en maakte deze 2 foto's:

**So I started with this challenge today and came up with these 2 pictures:

Een letterlijke foto met mijn woord LOVE er in.

**A literal picture with the word LOVE in it.

 

En een meer figuurlijke: de liefde voor mijn IPhone, die me in contact houdt met mijn geliefden. Zo belangrijk voor me op het moment. Hij houdt me op de hoogte van hoe het met mijn ouders gaat.

**And a figuratively one: the love for my IPhone, that keeps me in contact with my loved ones. So important to me at the moment! It keeps me posted about how my parents are doing.

My One Little Word is LOVE. After I read on Ali's blog about the class this year,, I was thinking what my word would be. LOVE came in mind, but I didn't know why. It kept coming back so I decided to go with it.
I wanted to focus on loving myself, taking me time, and showing my love to my loved ones.

Boy, how little did I know what was coming.
Just after Christmas my father was diagnosed with lymph gland cancer. So I need to show my love for him now, not knowing what will come.

In January I came to see how much LOVE there is around me. Colleagues who are so sweet, family and friends from my parents who are asking and thinking about us, and I can go on. When you look for it LOVE is everywhere!
